An Ops guy who is getting a little more Dev, I have a passion for creating useful, reliable, and creative solutions. Whether it's designing new tools and infrastructure, or simply automating routine tasks, my main goals are user friendliness, functionality, high availability, and reliability.

Built using HTML, CSS, and JS. Hosted on AWS using S3, CloudFront, Lambda, Route53, SES, ACM, and IAM. Deployment fully automated using CloudFormation. CI/CD configured using GitHub Actions to deploy any changes and update the CF stack.
A fun side project primarily using Python and AWS Lambda, designed to automatically trigger EC2 Ethereum mining instances with autoscaling based on mining profitability.
A configurable background program written in Python and YAML that automates the operation of personal crypto mining software during PC idle/low-load times.
I started my IT career working for a Southern California startup in the automotive manufacturing industry. As one the first members of the IT team, I had an opportunity to learn a lot and implement creative solutions as we quickly grew to an industry leader. I was given the opportunity to lead on-site IT operations at a new flagship manufacturing facility in North Carolina, where I now reside.
During that time, I discovered a passion for automation and development, and I left to pursue career goals in "DevOps". I now work as an IT (Infrastructure) Engineer for a tech startup in the Healthcare industry, where I have the opportunity to build awesome things using tools like AWS, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Outside of tech some of my interests include motorcycles, stock trading, and fitness. I'm also quite competitive in Rocket League. And if I'm not doing any of that, then you'll probably find me at the park with my fiancée and our Yorkie.
